IPS sponsor of Cyber Challenge - Rome

https://cyberchallenge.it/ is the main national event for the enhancement of new talents active in Cyber field.
IPS is pleased to sponsor the project, which includes a training program for young people between 16 and 24 years old, future professionals in the sector.
Contributing to the development of advanced training pathways by attracting new talent is a core business for an innovative company as IPS which offers an international vision with great expertise and tradition Made in Italy.
Organized by CINI (Consorzio Interuniversitario Nazionale per l'Informatica) with the main Italian Universities and recognized by the Ministry of Education, the project aims to:
Through local competitions and a national final, the best participants can compete to become part of Team Italy, the national Cyberdefender that represents Italy in international competitions, such as the European Cyber Security Challenge (ECSC) organised by ENISA.
Training, competition and comparison are key elements to start a path of growth and develop, increasingly advanced skills.

- Stimulate interest in technical and scientific subjects and, in particular, information technology;
- Raise awareness of the professional opportunities offered by the training courses on computer security;
- Bring young people into direct contact with companies, also thanks to the different challenges they will face during the event;
- Identify young cyber talents and contribute to their orientation and vocational training.
